Born 1957 in Cherven Briag, Bulgaria. Lives and works in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is a great doodler, both on paper and on museum walls. His drawings and installations often revolve around political themes, institutional critique but also around his role as an artist. Once for example, for fear that he might come across one of those accidents that makes the headlines occasionally, he contacted the representatives of both the Israeli and Palestinian states in Sofia before going to Tel Aviv in 2003, and requested if possible for a temporary cease-fire during that brief visit in order to do his exhibition there.
